More and more states are moving lives away from FFS and into managed care as a way to decrease costs, increase PCP accountability and ultimately increase health outcomes across their states. So what do they states that have already moved to Managed care have to say? And what have the outcomes been?

This panel will discuss what it’s like to shift from FFS to managed care from a state and health plan perspective: Kentucky and Kansas made the switch to managed care from FFS, and Amerigroup New York just went through the state’s shift to mandatory managed care.
