Healthcare Reform Magazine has an interview with soon-to-be-retired Jim Mitchell. Mitchell, Director of Pharmacy Affairs for the Public Health Service, announcing retirement in January 2010 has agreed to say on board and function as senior advisor to the new director for a few months.
